I started a cake decorating class this month and this is my first cake. I have wanted to take the class for a long time now, so it has been a lot of fun! Heather and Desi Salasar are taking the class too so that also makes it fun. My family likes having cake in the house so everyone is happy!

Looks like fun! I remember making that cake in my class. It went straight to the garbage!! I like to make them, just not eat them!

It's a beautiful cake! Something I will never accomplish in this lifetime (I'm still crossing my fingers for food to be apart of the next :)...You should be VERY proud.
