This was the first year we were able to go to the ward camp out and it was SO much fun!! We camped with our very good friends Matt and Britani Nunes, 
and our other good friends, Brian and Ashlee Landreth had dinner with us Friday night.
The kids had fun drinking hot chocolate, 
(love the hot chocolate mustache?) 
cooking hot dogs 
and marshmallows over the fire, 
wearing glow necklaces, 
and just having fun.
We had big plans for Saturday of fishing and catching tadpoles in the lake...but the weather had different ideas. It started raining and got harder and harder, 
so we threw in the towel (we were all soaked!) - 
leaving at 9:30 a.m. instead of 3:00 p.m. Jenessa was really disappointed because she really wanted to learn how to fish, but all in all it was a wonderful trip!

I love the pictures. Thanks for posting the nice one of me. We had a great time. I need to post our pictures just have not gotten around to it.
