Potty??

I am not one to push potty training, just because I would rather change a diaper than clean up the mess off the floor or out of the panties. But Taiya just may almost be ready. Yesterday she got out of the bath and was running around in the nude while we got Jenessa out. I told her to not go potty on the floor but to go in the toilet (not that I really thought she understood). I went downstairs to get her clothes and diaper when I heard her calling from the top of the stairs "Mommy potty, potty!!" I told her to run and tell Nana. She was quickly put on the toilet and she actually went!! What was even more amazing to me, was she had actually started to go on the carpet (only a couple of drops), then stopped and ran to the potty. After that she wanted nothing to do with her diaper and kicked and screamed when I put it on her, she only wanted panties. We tried it - but it only lasted an hour when she pooped in them. Maybe when we get back to Arizona we will try again...
